INCLUSION OF THE AREA IN THE LIMITS OF PALACOLE MUNICIPALITY FROM

THE PALACOLE RURAL PANCHAYAT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of Section 3 of

the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act No.6 of 1965) read with rule 3

of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (inclusion or exclusion of areas into/from the

jurisdiction of the Municipalities/Nagar Panchayats) Rules, 2015 issued in

G.O.Ms.No.114, M.A&U.D, dated 05.05.2015 the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby include the area namely New Weaker Section Colony, which is situated

in R.S. No.116, 117/A of the Palacole Rural Gram Panchayat, into the limits

of Palacole Municipality with immediate effect.
