AS DEPUTY DIRECTORS OF ADULT EDUCATION ON ADHOC BASIS.

NOTIFICATION

Procs.Rc.No.404/Al/DAE/2016,- Under General Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State and

Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri S.Appa Rao, Asst.Director, Adult Education,

Visakhapatnam Dist. whose name has been approved by the Screening Committee

for the panel year 2017-18 is temporarily promoted as Deputy Director of Adult

Education on Adhoc basis in the scale of pay of Rs.46060 - 98440 in Revised Pay

Scales, 2015 and posted as Deputy Director of Adult Education,. Visakhapatnam

Dist. in the existing clear vacancy.

Sri S.Appa Rao, Assistant Director who has been promoted as Deputy

Director of Adult Education posted in Visakhapatnam Dist. is informed that his

promotion now ordered is purely temporary on Adhoe basis and under emergency

provisions and in the public interest. He is liable for reversion at any time without

any prior notice and without assigning any reasons therefor and do not confer

upon him any right for continuance or preferential right for regular promotion.

The above promotion is subject to outcome of WPs/ WAs / RPs/ O.As/ C.As

if any pending in the Hon’ble APAT / High Court.

The individual is informed that, he should join duty in the new post within

(15) days from the date of receipt of these proceedings as per rules.

The individual is informed that a person appointed under Rule 10 sub-rule (a)

shall not be regarded as a probationer in such service, class or category or be

entitled by reason only of such appointment to any preferential claim to future

appointment to such service class or category.

The Deputy Director of Adult Education , Visakhapatnam Dist. is

requested to communicate these orders to the individual under proper

acknowledgement and furnish original acknowledgement to this office for record

purpose.

Sri G.Krishna Rao, Deputy Director, Adult Education, Srikakulam Dist. who

is holding the full additional charge of the post of Deputy Director of Adult Education,

Visakhapatnam Dist. is requested to hand over the complete charge of the post

of DDAE Visakhapatnam to Sri S.Appa Rao who is promoted and posted as

Dy.Director of Adult Education, Visakhapatnam District. Sri S.Appa Rao is instructed

to take over the complete charge of the post of DDAE Visakhapatnam from

Sri G. Krishna Rao, DDAE, Srikakulam who is holding the FAC of the post of

DDAE Visakhapatnam Dist.

Sri S.Appa Rao, ADAE, Visakhapatnam who is under orders of DDAE

Visakhapatnam is instructed to hand over the complete charge of the post of

ADAE, Visakhapatnam to Sri J.Rama Chandra Raju, ADAE, Visakhapatnam.

Sri J.Rama Chandra Raju, ADAE, Visakhapatnam is instructed to take over the

complete charge of the post of ADAE from Sri S. Appa Rao.

The date of relief / joining along with CTCs and also the charge list

should be submitted to the Director of Adult Education, A.P. Amaravathi at

Ibrahimpatnam immediately.
