ORDER:

Under Rule - 10 (a) of A.P.State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996,

Smt.S.Zubeda Begum, Project Director [Deputy Director], D.W & C.D.A., Kurnool, is

temporarily promoted on adhoc basis as Joint Director / Regional Joint Director, W.D &

C.W in the cadre of Joint Director in Women Development & Child Welfare Department in

the scale of pay of Rs.52590 - 103290/- for the Panel Year, 2017-18, as per the approved

panel vide G.O.5^th read above.

On promotion, Smt.S.Zubeda Begum, Project Director, D.W & C.D.A., Kurnool, is

posted as Executive Director, A.P.Women’s Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited,

A.P., duly relieving Smt.Y.Sailaja, from full additional charge of the said post.

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

The promotion ordered in Para-2 above is liable to be terminated at any point of

time without assigning any reasons thereof and shall be without prejudice to the outcome

of OAs / WPs / WAs / RPs / CAs / S.L.Ps etc., if any pending before the Hon’ble

Tribunal / Courts etc.

The officer promoted in Para-2 above shall join in the new post with in a period of

fifteen days, from the date of receipt of this order of promotion, and if she fail to join the

new post with in the said time limit or avoid to join the post by proceeding on leave or for

any other reasons she shall forfeit her right of appointment for the present panel for the

post of Joint Director / R.J.D in terms of G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration (Ser-B)

Department, dated 15-06-2014.

The Spl. Commissioner, W.D & C.W., A.P., Guntur, shall take necessary action

accordingly, in the matter.
