AMENDMENT TO THE A.P. EXCISE (GRANT OF LICENSE OF SELLING BY

BAR AND CONDITIONS OF LICENSE) RULES, 2017.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 72 read with Sections 17,

28 and 29 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 (Act 17 of 1968) the

Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the

A.P. Excise (Grant of license of selling by Bar and conditions of license)

Rules, 2017 issued in G.O.Ms.No.235, Rev(Ex-II) Dept. Dt.23.06.2017 and

published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette in Rules Supplement to part I, Extra-ordinary

No.242, Dated the 23^rd June, 2017:

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 11 in sub-rule (1), for clause (ii) the following

shall be deleted, namely,-

“Unless the premises is situated”.
