AND REPALLE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra

Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the

State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, and in partial

modification of all the previous Notifications issued on the subject, hereby directs that

the Courts of Senior Civil Judges mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below, shall

have and exercise jurisdiction within the local limits mentioned in corresponding entry in

Column (3) thereof.
