INCLUSION OF PEDANANDIPADU AND CHERUKUPALLI MANDALS INTO

THE JURISDICTION OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE’S COURT AT PONNUR

BY DELETING THE SAID TWO MANDALS FROM THE JURISDICTION OF

JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGES COURTS, BAPATLA AND REPALLE, RESPECTIVELY -

CONSEQUENTIAL REVISED NOTIFICATION REDEFINING THE JURISDICTION

OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGES COURTS, BAPATLA, REPALLE AND PONNUR

IN GUNTUR DISTRICT.

Memo No.23026/16/2018-Courts A-Home,- In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 R/w sub-section (1) of Section 21 of

Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), and in partial modification

of all previous Notifications issued on the subject, the High Court of Judicature at

Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby

directs that with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification

issued in the A.P.Gazette Extraordinary, the Junior Civil Judges Courts, Bapatla,

Repalle and Ponnur shown in Column No.2 shall sit at the places specified

in Column No.3 and the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Courts shall be

over the Revenue Mandals shown in corresponding Column No.4 of the Table

below:

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 17 of the

Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the High Court of

Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra

Pradesh, with the previous sanction of the Government of Andhra Pradesh,

and in partial modification of the previous Notifications issued on the subject,

hereby directs that the Courts mentioned in Column No.(2) of the table below,

shall have and exercise Appellate jurisdiction over the Revenue Mandals covered

by the Junior Civil Judges Courts mentioned in the corresponding entry in Column

No. (3) thereof.
