ESTABLISHMENT OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE’S COURT AT PUTTAPARTHY.
JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION-I
Memo No. 23026/15/2018-Courts A-Home,- in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 R/w subsection (1) of Section 21
of Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the High Court
of Andhra Pradesh, in partial modification of all previous Notifications issued
on the subject, hereby directs that with effect on and from the date on which
the Junior Civil Judge appointed for the Court of Junior Civil Judge at
Puttaparthy in Anantapur District,
as sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.80,
Law (LA & J, Home Courts C) Department, Dated : 10-7-2013 and G.O.Ms.No.295,
Finance (SMPC-I) Department, Dated : 28-10- 2013, assumes charge, the
Courts of Junior Civil Judge specified in Column No.2 of the table below,
shall sit at the places specified in Column No.3 and the local limits of the
jurisdiction of the said Courts shall be over the Revenue Mandals as shown
in Column No. (4) thereof :
