NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of sub-section (1)

of Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands ( Prohibition of Transfers)

Act, 1977 (Andhra Pradesh Act 9 of 1977), as amended subsequently,

Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby notify the following Sy.Nos. of

Boyapalem Village, Ranasthalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, resumed under

clause 4(a) as specified in the Table below shall be utilized the resumed land

for public purpose.
