Marriage Act, 1872, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby grant a License to
Sri Isukamatla Kiran Kumar, S/o. Sri Rajasekharam, Kacherimitta, Kavali Mandal,
SPSR Nellore District, who belongs to Samavesam of Telugu Baptist Churches to
solemnize the marriage between Indian Christians and to issue Certificate of Marriage
in accordance with provisions of the said Act within the territories comprising the State
