N O T I F I C A T I O N

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 87 & 88 of the Employees’ State

Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act No.34 of 1948) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby

grants exemption to Sangam Milk Producer Company Limited, Vadlamudi, Guntur District

from operation of the said Act for the period from 01.05.2017 to 30.04.2018.

The Director of Insurance Medical Services, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada is

requested to take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
