In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 107(2) (h)

of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the

Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following

amendment to The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and the

same having been published as required under sub-section (1) of
