N O T I F I C A T I O N

Sri Veerapu Nageswar Rao, VI Addl. District and Sessions Judge (Fast

Track Court), Tirupathi, Chittoor District shall retire from service on the afternoon

of the 30^th of June, 2018 on attaining the age of fifty eight (55) years in public

interest as he is not of continued utility and is not fit to be continued in service on

assessment of his overall performance and track record by the High Court of

Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra

Pradesh, in terms of the first proviso to Section 3(1A) of Andhra Pradesh Public

Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act,1984 and rule 23 of

the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2007.
