In the reference 1^st cited above the Special Commissioner & Director

of Agricultural Marketing has informed that the Commissioner, Nagara

Panchayat, Yerraguntla, YSR Kadapa District has requested to accord permission

to allot 2 acres of land to Yerraguntla Agricultural Marketing Committee open

site land to Yerraguntla Nagara Panchayat for construction of new office building.

Further the Special Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing also stated

that the RJDM, Kadapa has informed that, the Market Yard, Yerraguntla which

is headquarter of Agrl.Market Committee, Kamalapuram is having an extent

of 7.56 acres of land. The Market Yard, Yerraguntla is covered 6.36 acres with

structures and there is a scope for regulation of Groundnut and Onions transactions

in future at Market Yard Yerraguntla. As per the oral instructions of the Hon’ble

Minister for Marketing Department during the visit to the Market Yard

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

Yerraguntla on 09.12.2017, the PIC, AMC, Kamalapuram was submitted proposal

for sanction of works with an amount of Rs.444.20 lakhs under RDF towards

the construction of 2 Nos.of godowns with capacity of 2000 MTs in the vacant

land of the market yard Yerraguntla. The Hon’ble Minister for Marketing has

orally informed that construction of Office Building for Nagara Panchayat,

Yerraguntla in Market Yard, Yerraguntla is useful to public which is located in

the heart of the town and also promised to provide vacant land at out-side of

Yerraguntla town duly discuss with Revenue Authorities for construction of

Godown and other infrastructures by Market Committee in future and RJDM

has visited the Market Yard and found that about one acre of land is available.

Government after careful examination of the matter hereby permit

the AMC, Yerraguntla to alienate the land to an extent of acre 1.00 cents of vacant

land located in South side in the Market Yard to the Nagara Panchayat,

Yerraguntla for construction of new office building of Nagara Panchayat,

Yerraguntla subject to condition that, 2.00 acres of suitable Government land

may be allotted to the AMC by the District Collector within the notified

area of the AMC, Kamalapuram and equivalent to the Market Value of the land

being alienated to the Department of the Nagara Panchayat.

The Special Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Markeitng,
