NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

ORDER:-

Government in G.O 2^nd read above have delegated the powers to

Superintending Engineer(AM) and Executive Engineers pertaining to Agricultural

Marketing Department for technical sanctions, acceptance of tenders and nomination

etc. Subsequently amendment issued vide reference 4^th cited for acceptance of

tenders and also C.E powers delegated to Superintending Engineer(AM) regarding

technical sanction upto any value of work vide reference 3^rd cited.

Government in G.O 5^th read above have enhanced the powers of

Administrative approval, technical sanction, calling for tenders and finalization of

tenders to all the Engineering Departments.

In the circumstances reported by the Spl. Commissioner & Director of Agrl.

Marketing, Govt. of A.P, Guntur vide reference 6^th read above, Government after

carefully examination hereby issue the following amendment to the G.O.Ms.No

.235 of Agriculture and Cooperation (Mktg.II) Department, Dt: 15-9-2003.
