NOTIFICATION

(I) In exercise of Powers Conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec.24 of

Andhra Pradesh Forest Act 1967 (Act-I of 1967) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby declares the forest land described in the schedule below (Deliniated in

the map kept in the Office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra

Pradesh, Hyderabad) to be protected forest with effect from the date of publication

of this notification in the A P Gazettee.

The survey is stared from Station - A which is the south west corner of

Sy.No.553/1. The Boundary line runs towards East with the following

Magnetic Bearing and distances from Station A to D.

East:

Thence the Boundary line runs towards South side with the following

magnetic Bearings & distances from station D to G.

South:

Thence the boundary line runs towards West to station ‘H’ for a

distance of 1400 links with Magnetic bearing 312°, along Bollapalli

RF boundary.

West:

Thence the boundary line runs towards North with a Magnetic bearing

of 25°, for a distance of 755 links to meet the North West corner

(Station ‘A’), along East side boundary of Sy.No.680.

REMARKS:

I.

There are no admitted Rights of ways or water courses

II.

In exercise to the Powers Conferred by sub - sec (1) of Sec.26 of

Andhra Pradesh Forest Act, 1967 (Act I of 1967), the Governor of Andhra

Pradesh hereby declares that all kinds of trees and all classes of trees in the said

Bollapalli Extension - XI as Protected Forest to be reserved from the date of

publication of this Notification in AP Gazette.

III. And Prohibits, except in accordance with the rules made under this Act,

from the date of aforesaid notification the quarrying of stones, or the

burning of lime, or charcoal or the collection of subjection to any

manufacturing process or removal of any forest produce and the breaking

up or clearing for cultivation for building or for herding of cattle or for any

other purpose in the said Bollapalli Extension - XI.
