O R D E R :-

Under rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules,

1996, Sri K.G.G.S.B.R. Krishna Rao, whose name is included at Sl.No.3 in the panel

of Assistant Secretary to Government (Non-cadre), Law Department for the panel

year 2017-2018 in the reference 2^nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Deputy

Secretary to Government (Non Cadre), Law Department in the scale of Rs.56870-

1460-58330-1560- 63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-91450-

2330-100770- 2520-105810 with other usual allowances in the existing vacancy

caused due to the retirement of Sri T. Sai Venkateswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to

Government (Non-cadre), Law Department on attaining the age of superannuation

on 30-06-2018.

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

Sri K.G.G.S.B.R. Krishna Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Law

Department, who is now working as Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Minister for

Tourism, Telugu Language and Culture, Government of Andhra Pradesh is informed

that he should join the promotion post within a period of 15 days from the date of

issue of these orders. If he does not join the post within the stipulated time or

evades to join the post, he shall lose his promotion right/offer for the current

panel year.

The promotion made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome of

WPs/WAs/OAs/CAs. etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/APAT.
