Notice Memo No. C2/3161/2015,- Government in the GO 1st cited, have assigned
notional seniority to Smt.A.Vyjayanthi, Senior Accountant (Retd), on par with her
immediate junior Sri.N.V.Phaneendrudu in the cadre of Junior Accounts Officer w.e.f
14-02-2003.
Smt A. Vyjayanthi Senior Accountant who retired from Govt, service on
31.05.2009 on superannuation after attaining the age of 58 years, has requested
through the reference 2nd cited for assigning notional seniority/promotion in the
category of AAO/ATO of Treasuries & Accounts services of Br.l on par with her
immediate junior.
In view of the above, the Government in this Office letter 3 rd cited was
addressed to issue suitable orders for considering of the request of Smt A. Vyjayanthi
Senior Accountant (Retd) for notional seniority/promotion in the category of AAO/ATO
w.e.f. 05-07-2007 on par with her junior Sri N.V. Phaneendrudu who has been

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,
promoted as Assistant Accounts Officer and whose services were regularized
on 05-07-2007 in the category of Assistant Accounts Officer in terms of Rules and
relaxation of Rule 33 (a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules -1996.
Government in reference 4th cited permitted this Office to issue notices to the
affected individuals under Rule 24 of APSSS Rules 1996 in respect of
Smt A. Vyjayanthi SA (Retd) for notional seniority/promotion in the category of
AAO/ATO w.e.f 05-07-2007 on par with her junior Sri N.V. Phaneendrudu.
Accordingly, due to the proposed assigning of Notional Seniority / Promotion
of Smt A. Vyjayanthi SA (Retd) in the category of AAO/ATO in the RC Branch-I of
Treasuries & Accounts Department, is placed beiow Sri Sk.Hafeez Ali, ATO and
above Sri N.V. Phaneendrudu whose services are regularized w.e.f 05-07-2007
the AAO/ATO mentioned in the annexure will be effecied.
In view of the above and in terms of provisions under Rule 24 of AP State &
Subordinate Service Rules 1996 it is requested to submit representations, if any,
on according Notional Seniority to Smt A. Vyjayanthi SA (Retd) w.e.f. 05-07-2007
in the category of AAO/ATO within 15 days from the date of receipt of this Memo
failing which it will be construed that there are no objections against the proposed
notional seniority to enable this Office to take further action in the matter.
