PROMOTION OF SRI ABDUL RAFEEQ, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, KADAPA AS

DEPUTY DIRECTOR.

NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 10 (a) of A.P State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 and as per

Special rules, Sri Abdul Rafeeq, Assistant Director, Kadapa is hereby promoted

temporarily as Deputy Director in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 46,060/- to Rs.98,440/-

from the date of his taking charge.

Consequent on his promotion as Deputy Director, Sri Abdul Rafeeq, is posted

as Deputy Director, Guntur in the existing vacancy.

The appointment by promotions ordered in para (4) above is subject to

outcome of courts cases pending in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal,

High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Supreme court of India, if any. He should join

in the promotion post within the stipulated time of 15(fifteen) days from the date of

receipt of the order of appointment and promotion as specified in rule 11(b) of A.P

State and subordinate Service Rules, 1996, failing which he would forfeit the right of

promotion to the cadre of Deputy Director.

The Commissioner, Information and Public Relations, Andhra Pradesh,

Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the

date of joining of the above individuals to the Government for information and record.
