N O T I F I C A T I O N

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 87 & 88 read with

Section 91-A of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (Act No.34 of 1948)

the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby exempts Factories / Establishments

in Andhra Pradesh State engaged in the seasonal processing and re-drying

of un­manufactured leaf tobacco or processes incidental and connected there

with from the operation of the said Act for a period of one year from 03.07.2018

to 02.07.2019.
