NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

Whereas in the reference 5^th read above, the Assistant Director of Handlooms

and Textiles, Kurnool has been appointed as Liquidator to Nandyal Cooperative Spinning

Mill Ltd., P.W.No.16, Vaddugandla Village, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District.

Whereas in the reference 6^th read above, the Assistant Director of Handlooms &

Textiles, Kurnool/Liquidator of Nandyal Cooperative Spinning Mill Ltd., P.W.No.16,

Vaddugandla Village, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District has stated that he has to look

after overall supervision of all Weavers Cooperative Societies in the District and he

has to attend all works entrusted by the District Collector in addition to Special

Officer to Sanjamala Mandal and regular duties. Hence, he requested the Commissioner

(H&T), A.P., Amaravathi to appoint another Officer as Liquidator of Nandyal

Cooperative Spinning Mill Ltd., P.W.No.16, Vaddugandla Village, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool

District since he is unable attend the duties of Assistant Director(H&T) as well as

Liquidator.

In view of the circumstances explained above, and by virtue of the powers

conferred to me Under Section 65(1) read with rule 51 (k) of the Andhra Pradesh

Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, I, the Commissioner of Handlooms and Textiles, A.P.,

Amaravathi/Registrar of Cooperative Spinning Societies and Weavers Cooperative

Societies i.e., Cotton and Wool and Apex Societies and administrative grounds

hereby appointed Sri P. Vara Prasad, Development Officer (H&T), O/o. the Assistant

Director(H&T), Kurnool as Liquidator to the Nandyal Cooperative Spinning Mill Ltd.,

P.W.No.16, Vaddugandla Village,

Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District for speedily completion of the whole

liquidation process.

This order will come into force with immediate effect.
