NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region

Development Authority Act, 2014 [Act No.11 of 2014] read with rule 5(3) of the Andhra Pradesh

Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation & Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued in

G.O.Ms.No.1, MA&UD(M2) Department, Dt.01.01.2015 and as subsequently amended from time to

time, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment :
