Memo No. 2940/Courts.A/2018,- The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad
for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in exercise
of powers conferred under Article 227 of Constitution of India, keeping in view
the convenience of the litigant public and the Lawyers, hereby empowers
Additional District and Sessions Judges Courts and Additional Metropolitan
Sessions Judges Courts functioning outside the District Headquarters or
Metropolitan Headquarters, as the case may be, in the State of Andhra Pradesh,
to entertain and dispose of the Bail Applications, both at pre and post committal
stages, without reference to the Principal District and Sessions / Metropolitan
Sessions Courts.
