KRISHNA DISTRICT PASSED AT THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MANDAL

PRAJA PARISHAD, BANTUMILLI HELD ON 22-10-2018 - REMOVAL OF THE

PRESIDENT, MPP., BANTUMILLI.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Smt. Paladagu

Vanavalamma, W/o. Rajagopalam, President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Bantumilli,

Krishna was moved under sub-section (1) of Section 245 of the Andhra Pradesh

Panchayat Raj Act, 1994. (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994);

And whereas, a special meeting for the purpose of considering the above

motion was held on 22.10.2018;

And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported

by the nine (9) Members who were present out of total number of thirteen (13)

Members of the Mandal Praja Parishad and thus the motion was passed with

requisite majority;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2)

of Section 245 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act,1994, the Government

hereby remove Smt. Paladagu Vanavalamma from the office of the President,

Mandal Praja Parishad, Bantumilli, Krishna District with immediate effect.
