NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under section-100 of Andhra Pradesh

Education Act, 1982 and after careful examination of the matter, the Government

hereby accord permission to the Management of Sri Aditya Educational Society,

Baligram (V), Haripuaram, Mandasa (M), Srikakulam District for Shifting of Aditya

Degree college from leased building at Sondipudi (V), Mandasa (M), Srikakulam

District to own building at Baligam (V), Mandasa (M), Srikakulam District in terms of

Rule 14(3) of G.O.Ms No.29, Dt: 5.2.1987.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Kunchanapalli, Guntur

District shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
