NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 5 OF SURVEY AND

BOUNDARIES ACT, 1923 IN RESPECT OF BONI VILLAGE OF

ANANDAPURAM MANDAL OF VISAKHAPATNAM DISTRICT

Rc.No.11/668/2016,- In exercise of the powers conferred under the Rules

made under Sec.26 of clause 2 (c) of the A.P. Survey & Boundaries Act, 1923

(Act VIII of 1923) read with Sections 3 and 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Board

of Revenue (Replacement by Commissioners) Act, 1977 and Proceedings

of CCLA in Rc.No.I-I/1151/99 dated 24.02.1999 the Director of Survey,

Settlements & Land Records, A.P., Vijayawada hereby directs the survey of

the area shown in the schedule T.D.Nos, Zeroyati Lands, Poramboke

and Government interested Lands in Boni village of Anandapuram Mandal

of Visakhapatnam District under Section (5) of the said Act for implementation

of the provisions of the I.A. Act, 1956.

The extent of Boni village notified with ref. to A3/12491/90 under

Section (5) of A.P. Survey & Boundaries Act 1923 published in page Nos. 1104-1105

of A.P. State Gazette No. 40 Dated : 24.10.1991 is also included.
