VICE-CHANCELLOR OF DSNL UNIVERSITY.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of Section 9

of the Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008, as

subsequently amended, the Chancellor is pleased to appoint Prof. (Dr.) S. Surya

Prakash, Vice-Chancellor, Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad

as Vice-Chancellor of Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University,

Visakhapatnam from the date he assumes charge of the office.

He shall hold office for a term of five (5) years from the date on which

he assumes charge of the office or until he attains the age of seventy years

whichever is earlier.
