EXEMPTION OF MOTOR VEHICLES TAX IN RESPECT OF VEHICLE BEARING AP

35 W 3740 BELONGING TO HOMES OF THE INDIAN NATION (HOINA),

KOTHAVALASA, VIZIANAGARAM DISTRICT FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 9 of Andhra

Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Governor of

Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption of tax payable under the said Act,

in respect of vehicle bearing No. 35 W 3740 belonging to Homes Of The

Indian Nation (HOINA), Vizianagaram District for a period of 3 (three) years

from the date of issue of the order.

This exemption is granted subject to condition that the vehicle is used

for free transportation of orphaned, destitute and physically challenged

children and subject to fulfilling the conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.129,

Transport, Roads and Buildings (Tr.I) Department, Dated : 11.11.2011.

The Transport Commissioner, A.P. Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the

matter.
