NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 10 of General Rules for Andhra Pradesh State and

Subordinate Services, 1996 and in pursuance of the orders issued in the

G.O 3^rd read above, Sri W.B.Chandra Sekhar, Deputy Director of Mines

and Geology (SI.No.l) is hereby promoted temporarily as Joint Director of

Mines and Geology in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 52590-103290/- from the

date of taking charge of the post, subject to outcome of OAs, R.Ps., W.Ps etc

pending before the Court of Law and appeals before the Government if any.

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

Consequent on promotion, Sri W.B.Chandra Sekhar, Deputy Director

of Mines and Geology is posted as Joint Director of Mines and Geology, in the

O/o the Director of Mines and Geology, Ibrahimpatnam in the existing vacancy.

The individual shall join in the promotion post within the stipulated time

of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment and

promotion as specified in Rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service

Rules, 1996, failing which he would forfeit the right of promotion to the cadre

of Joint Director of Mines and Geology.

The Director of Mines and Geology, Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada shall

take necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining

of the above individual to the Government for information and record.
