Further observed that his appointment is of special nature, an incentive

to his performance on the international arena and a sort of encouragement and for

the honour he earned for the State and Nation as well. He acts as Ambassador of

Andhra Pradesh and the Country. Considering the special requirement of this officer to

train continuously and represent our country in International arena, and to bring laurels to

and career. Therefore decided to relax rules in his favour and exempt him from

undergoing the prescribed training and from passing the required departmental tests.
