NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) (ii) of sub-section (1) of

Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of

1963), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following

amendment to the Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.57 of Transport, Roads &

Buildings (Tr.I) Dept., Dated: 1.11.2018 published in Part-I Extraordinary issue

of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 856, Dated : 1.11.2018.

AMENDMENTS

In the said G.O., for the words and figures “motor vehicles operated with

battery and registered on or before 31 ^st December, 2024” the words and

figures “motor vehicles operated with batteries or ultra capacitors or fuel cells

and registered on or before 7^th June, 2023” shall be substituted.
