N O T I F I C A T I O N

Sri G.Govinda Kesava Rao, formerly IV Additional District and Sessions Judge,

Tanuku, West Godavari District, shall retire from service on the afternoon of the

31^st of December, 2018 on attaining the age of fifty five (55) years in public interest

in terms of the first proviso to Section 3(1A) of Andhra Pradesh Public Employment

(Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act,1984 and rule 23 of the Andhra Pradesh

State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2007 as the High Court of Judicature at

Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, on

consideration and review of his service record and the overall performance found that

he is not of continued utility and is not fit to be continued in service beyond 55 years.
