REDUCTION OF STAMP DUTY AND EXEMPTION OF REGISTRATION FEE

LEVIABLE ON “EXCHANGE DEEDS” TO BE EXECUTED BETWEEN THE

APCRDA AND GANNAVARAM LPS FARMERS WHO HAVE GIVEN THEIR

LANDS IN GANNAVARAM MANDAL VILLAGES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT

OF AIRPORT AT GANNAVARAM AND WERE ALLOTTED RETURNABLE

PLOTS IN CAPITAL CITY.

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9

of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act II of 1899), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby reduce the Stamp Duty to Rs.100/-, chargeable under Article 27 of Schedule 1-A

to the said Act payable on Exchange Deeds to be executed between APCRDA

and Gannavaram LPS farmers who have given their lands in Gannavaram Mandal

Villages for the development of Airport at Gannavaram and were allotted returnable

plots in Capital City.

NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908

(Act XVI of 1908), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following

amendment to the “Table of Fees” under Registration Fees issued in G.O.Ms.No.463,

Revenue (Registration-I) Department, dated 17^th August, 2013 and published at

pages 1 to 3 of Part I of Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette,

dated: 26^th August, 2013 as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said “Table of Fees” after category 6(b), the following shall be added

namely 6(c):-

6(c) No registration fee shall be leviable on Exchange Deeds to be executed

between APCRDA and Gannavaram LPS farmers who have given their lands in

Gannavaram Mandal villages for the development of Airport at Gannavaram and were

allotted returnable plots in Capital City.
