O R D E R :

In the G.O. first read above, Government have issued orders for Waiver of Stamp

duty payable @ 2% on the value of improvements amounting to Rs.10.32 crores being

levied on the lands leased out by Swachha Andhra Mission (SAM) in favour of

Developers, for setting up of Waste to Energy Plants in certain Urban Local Bodies.

In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Administration & Urban

Development Department in the reference second read above, the following

amendment is issued to G.O.Ms.No.567 Revenue (Regn.II) Department, Dated: 13.11.2018:

“Wherever the word “Swacha Andhra Mission (SAM)” occurred in the G.O.Ms.

No.567 Revenue (Regn.II) Dept., Dated: 13.11.2018, the same shall be read as

“concerned ULBs”.
