APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN UNDER SECTION 20 OF THE

WAREHOUSING CORPORATION ACT, 1962.

NOTIFICATION

Under Clause (b) of sub section (1) of Section 20 of Warehousing

Corporations Act, 1962 (Central Act 58 of 1962), the Government of Andhra

Pradesh hereby nominate Sri L.V.S.R.K.Prasad as Director of A.P.State

Warehousing Corporation for the period of three years in relaxation of Rule 5 of

the A.P State Warehousing Corporation Rules, 1965 and also appoints him

as Chairman of A.P.State Warehousing Corporation under sub-section (2) of

Section 20 of Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (Central Act 58 of 1962) for

the period of three years from the date of assumption of charge till successor

is appointed whichever is later.
