Under rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules,

1996, Smt. K. Saradamba, whose name is included in the panel of Deputy Draftsman

to Government (Telugu) (Non-cadre), Law Department for the panel year 2018-2019

in the reference 2nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Joint Secretary to

Government (Translations) (Non Cadre), Law Department with immediate effect in the

scale of Rs.73270-1880-78910-2020- 84970-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-108330

with other usual allowances in the existing vacancy caused due to the promotion of

Sri L.Lakshminarayana, Joint Secretary to Government (Translations) (Non-cadre),

Law Department as Additional Secretary to Government (Non-cadre).

The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome of

WPs/WAs/OAs/CAs.etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/APAT.
