DECLARING CENTRAL CRIME STATIONS (CCS) AS POLICE STATIONS IN THE

STATE.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra

Pradesh hereby declare the Central Crime Stations in all the police units of Andhra

Pradesh State to be Police Stations for the purpose of the said code.
