APPOINTMENT OF COMPETENT AUTHORITIES TO WATER USERS ASSOCIATIONS

PERTAINING TO THE APSIDC CIRCLE, VISAKHAPATNAM.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of the Section 21

of the Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 1997

(Act 11 of 1997) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the officers

specified in Column No 3 as Competent Authorities(Engineering) to the

Water Users Association specified in Column No 2 of the Annexure appended to

this order.

The Competent Authorities herein above appointed shall assist the

Water Users Associations in preparation of operation plan, maintenance

plan, water budgeting, water releases, preparation of estimates for works

identified for execution etc.
