NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint Sri Ch. Anjaneyulu,

Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Addl.Asistant Sessions Judge

Court, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, for a period of three (3) years from the date

of taking charge of the post or till the termination of his services, whichever

is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty

Five Thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home(Courts.A)

Department, Dated : 26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said prosecutor

shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in

the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint

Smt.E.Siva Leela, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the V Additional

District & Sessions Judge Court-cum-Special Court for trial of offences

against women, Guntur, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking

charge of the post or till the termination of her services, whichever is earlier

with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only)

per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated : 26-10-2018.

The conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance

with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L)

Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.
