NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
Dated : 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint
Sri K.Hussain Basha, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court
of Addl.Assistant Sessions Judge, Nandyal, Kurnool District, for a period of
three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his
service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of
Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) per month, as per
G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions
of service of the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance
with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L)
Department, Dated : 06.12.2000.

1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint
Sri K.Kasi Viswanadh, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of
X Addl.District and Sessions Judge (FT), Gurazala, Guntur District, for a
period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the
termination of his services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium
of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975,
Home(Courts.A) Department, Dated.26-10-2018. The conditions of service
of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive
instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.

Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
Dated : 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint
Sri Y.Babu Rao, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of
XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District, for a
period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till
termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated
honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) per month, as
