NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of

Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act No.39

of 1987) as subsequently amended read with rule 3 (i) (b) of the Andhra Pradesh

State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1995, His Excellency the Governor

of Andhra Pradesh in consultation with the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice of the

High Court of Andhra Pradesh, hereby nominate Hon’ble Sri Justice C. Praveen

Kumar, Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as the Executive

Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Vijayawada,

with effect on and from the forenoon of 01-01-2019.
