IN AMARAVATI, AT A PRICE OF Rs.50 LAKHS PER ACRE BY CRDA TO

TIRUMALA TIRUPATI DEVASTHANAMS FOR SETTING UP OF “LORD

VENKATESWARA DIVYA KSHETRAM” UNDER SECTION 9(1) (A) OF THE

INDIAN STAMP ACT, 1899 AND UNDER SECTION 78 OF THE REGISTRATION

ACT, 1908.

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9

of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act II of 1899), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby remits in full the Stamp duty under Articles 6(B) and 47 (A) of schedule I-A to

the said Act payable on the Sale Agreement and Sale Deed for transfer of the land

to an extent of Acs.25.00 situated in Sy.Nos. 96, 97, 98 and 104 at Venkatapalem

Village, Thullur Mandal in Amaravati, at a price of Rs. 50 lakhs per acre by CRDA to

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams for setting up of “Lord Venkateswara

Divya Kshetram”.

NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908

(Act XVI of 1908), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following

amendment to the “Table of Fees” under Registration Act, 1908 issued in G.O.Ms.

No.463, Revenue (Registration-I) Department, dated the 17^th August, 2013 and

published at pages 1 to 3 of Part I of Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh

Gazette, dated the 26^th August, 2013 as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said “Table of Fees”, after category 6(c), the following shall be added

namely 6(d):-

“6 (d) No registration fee shall be leviable on the Sale Agreement and Sale

Deed for transfer of the land to an extent of Acs.25.00 situated in Sy.Nos. 96, 97, 98

and 104 at Venkatapalem Village, Thullur Mandal in Amaravati, at a price of

Rs. 50 lakhs per acre by CRDA to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams for setting up

of “Lord Venkateswara Divya Kshetram.”
