AMENDMENT TO RULE 18(2)–NOTIFICATION.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 read with sub-clause (iv) of

clause (g) of section 2 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016

(Central Act No.16 of 2016), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the

following Amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development)

Rules, 2017, issued in G.O.Ms. No. 115 MA&UD (H2) Department, dated 27^th March,

2017 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 1141 in part-1, Extraordinary

issue, dated 28^th March, 2017 and subsequently amended.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules:-

In sub- rule (2) of rule 18, for the word “three” the word “five” shall be

substituted.
