The officer shown at Sl. No.4 in the statement at para 1 above is permitted

to retire from Government service on the date shown against his name

without prejudice to the disciplinary cases pending against him and also

subject to the condition that disciplinary proceedings shall continue against

him, under Article 351 (A) of the Pension Code and Rule 9 (2) (a) of the

A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, even after his retirement.
