NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 147 of the Andhra
Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994) and in consultation
with the Gram Panchayats of SPSR Nellore District, the Government hereby
transfer the powers and functions of Gram Panchayats under the various sections
in the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 as specified in Annexure-I to
this order in favour of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation
Limited, in respect of villages, lands and Gram Panchayats as mentioned
in Annexure-II for systematic and regular maintenance and for facilitating
of speedy industrialization in the State and fix the revenue share in the
ratio of 50:50 between the concerned Gram Panchayats and the Andhra
Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited.
