AMENDMENT TO ORIGINAL NOTIFICATION FOR PRESCRIPTION OF CERTAIN

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING GSTIN BY CERTAIN TAX PAYERS.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government,

on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby

makes the following amendments to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.475

Rev. (CT-II) Dept. Dated : 19-09-2018, namely :

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification, in paragraph 2 ,-

i.

in clause (i), for the expression “31^st August, 2018”, the expression

“31^st January, 2019” shall be substituted ;

ii.

in clause (iv), for the expression “30^th September, 2018”, the expression “28^th

February, 2019” shall be substituted.
