AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION OF SPECIAL PROCEDURE FOR FILING OUTWARD

SUPPLIES IN GSTR-1 FOR SUPPLIERS WHOSE AGGREGATE TURNOVER

IS UP TO 1.50 CRORE RUPEES IN THE PRECEDING FINANCIAL YEAR OR

THE CURRENT FINANCIAL YEAR.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government,

on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby

makes the following further amendments to the notification issued in

G.O.Ms.No. 497 Rev. (CT- II) Dept. Dated : 28-09-2018, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the

expression “July, 2017 to September, 2018”and “31^st day of December, 2018”,

the expression “July, 2017 to December, 2018” and “31^stday of March, 2019”

shall be substituted respectively.
