PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF VI ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND
SESSIONS JUDGE-CUM-MAHILA COURT, VISAKHAPATNAM.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L)
Department, Dated : 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby
appoint Sri R.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for
the Court of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Mahila Court,
Visakhapatnam, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of
the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be
paid with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only)
per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated:26-10-2018.
The conditions of service of the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed
in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187,
Law (L) Department, Dated : 06.12.2000.

SESSIONS JUDGE (FT), GUNTUR.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint
Smt.Maddurthi Swathi, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the
Court of II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge(FT), Guntur, for a period of
three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination
of her services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of
Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) per month, as per
G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated : 26-10-2018. The conditions
of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with
the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
