In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (x) of Rule 9 read with

clause (i) of Rule 25 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification,

Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991 and G.O.Ms.No.2, General Administration

(Service-C) Department, Dated : 04-01-1999, the Government of Andhra

Pradesh hereby dismiss Sri Moghal Khadar Basha, Divisional Administrative

Officer O/o Revenue Divisional Officer, Naidupeta, SPSR Nellore District

from Government service with immediate effect.
