NOTIFICATION - I

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 12

of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act No. 19 of 1972), the

Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court, hereby

establish a Court of Junior Civil Judge at Movva in the District of Krishna

as shifted in the G.O.Ms.No.76, Law (L, LA & J, Home- Courts. A) Department,

Dated : 13-6-2018, with effect from the date on which the Officer posted,

assumes charge.

of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974), the

Government of Andhra Pradesh.after consultation with the High Court hereby

establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Movva in the District

of Krishna as shifted in G.O. Ms. No. 76, Law (L, LA & J, Home. Courts- A)

Department, dated. 13-6-2018, with effect from the date on which the Officer

posted, assumes charge.
