COURTS AND SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE’S COURTS.
JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION-I
Memo. No. HOM01-CRTS0ESTT (ESTC)/1/2019,- In exercise of the powers
conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 15 read with sub-section (1) of Section 21
of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act No. 19 of 1972), the High Court in partial
modification of the previous Notifications issued on the subject, hereby directs that with
effect on and from the date on which the Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First
Class appointed for the Court of Junior Civil Judge-cum- Judicial Magistrate of
First Class at Movva in Krishna District, as shifted in G.O.Ms.No.76,
Law(L,LA&J, Home.Courts-A) Department, Dated : 13-06-2018, assumes charge, the
Courts of Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class specified in
Column No.(2) of the table below, shall sit at the places specified in Column No.(3)
and the local limits of the jurisdiction of the said Courts, shall be over the
Revenue Mandals as shown in Column No. (4) thereof.
